You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its normal operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may offer both free and paid tiers. Any paid features are provided solely to: (a) personalize a freelancer account, and/or (b) enable freelancers to issue legally compliant receipts. Pricing, billing cycles, and features will be described at the time of purchase or subscription. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
We strive to maintain reliable Service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.
The Service, including its content and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, when appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
